Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


Must have excellent computer knowledge i.e., Excel with ability to learn new software programs quickly...


Responsibilities:



  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents

  • Plan and schedule appointments and events

  • Greet and assist onsite guests

  • Answer inbound telephone calls

  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

  • Perform all other office tasks


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills





Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
